$145 Initial Consultation 60-minute 
$130.00 60-minute session
$115.00 45-minute session

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check with your insurance provider for benefit details

Reduced Fee 
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. 

Payment 
Cash, checks and most credit cards accepted for payment. 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50.00 cancellation fee.
